Convenient Location at a reasonable price

I liked the fact that it was close to I-85. Staff was so helpful and friendly. The gym is small than average. The room condition was just ok.

Cold indoor pool

It is December. It would have been nice if they kept the indoor pool area and water warm. The meal that I ordered, Salmon was great.

Room was dirty and in disrepair. Staff was great and did their beat to rectify the issues however they were missing the needed materials. I would not recommend this hotel.

Cons: Make sure there isn't any mold on the walls/ceiling and everything in the room works properly.
I chose this hotel for its nearness to my family. That part was very good. When I got to my room the hairdryer only partly worked, a lamp was broken and the bath faucet worked very badly. The hotel handyman came quickly and fixed 2 out of 3...the faucet and the lamp. He had to order a part for the faucet so that was good. Then I opened the curtains and there is mold at the ceiling and along the inside wall. I will tell the desk when I leave tomorrow. The hotel filled the need I had: a bed, heat and nearness to family.

Average to below Average Hotel

First the hotel staff is not engaging at all. Heads are down everytime we were coming and going from the hotel. Next the room smelled upon entering. Very musty until the A/C was running. The room needs some paint as there was a lot of chips and marks thru out the room on walls. The cleaning crew was always knocking around 0930. I felt like she was stalking the room to clean in it every morning. Cleanliness was average couple of spots loaded with dust that get missed everyday. I just think the place needs some staff training and updating. Has a lot of potential.

Great hotel for oversight accomodations for your needs. From now on any vacations. I will look for a Holiday Inn Express.

Nice hotel, friendly staff & conveniently located.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were close to Sugarloaf Mall & Infinite Energy Center for Nutcracker.

Outdated hotel room

There is no fan in the bathroom and the refrigerator wasn't working properly. Indoor swimming pool wasn't working either.

Front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast was a disappointment. There was a small selection and most items were not refilled in a timely manner. When we asked the manager if some more items would be placed out, he walked off with no response.
