Best sleep I have had in a hotel in years.

Posted Sep 17, 2017
The bed was actually soft and yet firm enough for my troubling back. The staff was very friendly and helpful during a very stressful time (hurricane Irma) with the rush of Floridians to Georgia..The only real criticism I would have would be that the bathroom could use a little structural work. Before that the bathroom was clean and the water was very hot. The housekeeping staff were unusually friendly and personable...smiles wherever you looked I was very pleased with the visit and will return. It may not be a four star but for the price; it's a good deal.

horrible

Posted Sep 9, 2017
Room was freezing and the heat didn't work. The bed and walls were wet from the moisture. Room was too small. I didn't stay 10 minutes before I got my money back.

Great location, horrible upkeep

Posted Aug 23, 2017
The room smelled moldy and musty. Holes in the walls, barely warm water & smelly bed linens. This is not a hotel, rather a VERY overpriced motel.

Nice hotel

Posted Jul 19, 2017
The staff was friendly and honest. I left money on the counter and it was there when I came back and my room was clean. I can't say that about other places I've stayed at. It was a very nice experience .

Great Location - Needs some updates

Posted Jul 17, 2017
The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast was just ok. Overall a good place to stay for an overnight trip but the hotel could definitely use some updates.

Friendly staff, awful mattress

Posted May 3, 2017
Pros: The staff, the pool
Cons: More comfortable furnishings
Location: This hotel is in a strip of hotels that's clearly designed for people like me, who were there for a specific purpose, not to stay at the hotel.
This hotel would've gotten 5 stars from me, if the mattress wasn't so uncomfortable. I barely got any sleep because my back and legs were in so much discomfort. By the third night, I was so exhausted it didn't matter anymore, but the first two nights were real bad. There was also a damp feeling in the room - the rug and upholstery felt like they never quite dried. They didn't smell bad, though, (they actually smelled like cleaner) and it was humid during the visit, so it was understandable. The pool and gym were great, and having breakfast available was a perk. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. I was greeted with a smile and an offer to help by every single employee I encountered during my stay.

Rooms horribly tainted with cigarette smoke.

Posted May 3, 2017 on Hotels
The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke...HORRIBLY. A couple of folks in our group had to leave and get a room elsewhere. It was like sleeping in an ash-tray!
