Bathroom toilet flapper broken
Room was clean, overall stay was good. The toilet had a water leak (flapper) toilet ran all night. Was hard to sleep due to the noise. I informed the front desk the next morning. They never sent anyone to the room to look at it.

The only complaint is: the bottom sheet is toooo small for king sized bed! And please manager- order a second waffle maker so we can have waffles next time, there is always a line for waffles!! So we couldn’t get any. :-( Everything else was great. We will be back.

The breakfast staff and the young lady wiring second shift were awesome. Checking in and out needs some work on timely fashion and helpfulness. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the desk lamp was out so it was off putting. I was surprised there was no safe in the king suite for the price i paid. Overall it's the better of the 3 hotels I've stayed at in that town this far.

I had reserved a physically challenged room for, what I assumed, the first floor. We have to have several pieces of medical equipment with us when we travel and we will literally fill an entire large luggage rack. When we arrived after our 6 hour drive, we were told our room was on the second floor. The room was very spacious and clean. but smelled as though someone had spilled an entire container of baby powder throughout the room. Then, my poor husband had to cram the large luggage rack into and out of the small elevator.
