First room reeked of smoke despite being non-smoking, front desk was good about giving us another room. Bathroom very small, shower and toilet in 1 room, small sink on the other side. Smallest shampoo bottles I've ever seen, not enough for 1 person and we had 3 in the room. Beds comfortable, but AC/heating unit blows air directly onto the person sleeping next to the window if you have a double room. Breakfast very blah, go to the waffle house down the road. Overall it was fine, but there are so many properties in the area I'd look for something else.

Very conveniently close to the interstate. Quiet and very clean place. Check-in was quick and easy and Pete at the counter was friendly. Lots of restaurants close by too.

A bit dirty bathtub was unpleasant but the bed was comfortable however the pillows were awful. Gave no shampoo should’ve given more. Towels were not cleaned by the house cleaning

I had exceptional & friendly customer service from the manager and staff during my entire stay. My room was also very comfortable, neat and clean. I felt I got excellent value for my money and enjoyed my stay greatly. I will stay there again on any future trip I may make to Richmond.

The room design was both spacious and comfortable. The staff and overall atmosphere was very friendly and helpful. Even though there was no restaurant in the hotel, there were several close by. The breakfast had variety but i wish they had included whole grain bread or rolls.

The stay was much appreciated however I just feel the bathrooms are not taken care of as of the tub looked dirty after the 2nd day of staying there. Also breakfast could be more options of meat.

This place is the opposite of it's name: Best - Worst Western - Eastern Executive - Plebian Plus - Minus It was one of the worst stays I've ever had. Not sure how the rating is so high. I got duped. I think the sheets may have been the only clean thing in the whole room. I woke up on day one of 6, and put my hand in something sticky on the bed side table trying to find my glasses. I also noticed there was a gross spot the bathroom behind where the door gets closed. I asked the manager the next morning to please do a clean up on the surfaces and those two spots specifically, but we didn't want to change rooms. I got back later to fixed up beds and new towels (for the last time) and the same sticky spot. I just cleaned it myself. I travel with ear plugs which is good bc paper thin walls, hot water ran out in the middle the afternoon and I asked for towels 2 times and was told they didn't have any. The 6 days I was there, I did not get room clean up after that first request and had to help another guest find her train station bc the night desk girl literally does not care to help anyone or is just that vapid. She literally looked at the guests phone and still couldn't figure out the right location. Someone checking out was demanding a room comp due to noise. Stay somewhere else.
