Pros: Nothing
Cons: Make certain the front desk is staffed and that the staff are trained to treat the customers with respect.
Location: We tried to spend the night after watching the last regular season NASCAR race at Richmond Raceway.
I made a reservation thru Expedia.com. I just checked my credit card and see that I was charged twice for the room. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the second charge. HOWEVER, When I arrived at the hotel on 9/9/17 at approx 10:30 pm there was no one at the check-in desk. I called out "Hello, is anyone there?" three times, but got no response. I waited several minutes then used the desk phone to call the hotel. I let it ring numerous times, but no one appeared. I tried calling 2 more times with the same result. After waiting a total of fifteen minutes a woman finally came to the desk. She asked me, "who used this phone?!" I told her I did because I was waiting 15 minutes. She began arguing with me that she was only gone a couple minutes and that she was at the other building. I told her I had a reservation for a room then she started accusing me of "taking the cards from the counter". I assume she meant the cards that were already in a clear plastic box near the counter. I pointed at it and said, "they're in there". She said, "You give me those cards!". I asked her, "I have a reservation. Do you want me to stay here or go somewhere else?" She said, "I don't care if you stay here!" So I left and went to my car to find another hotel. I drove to the nearest Hampton Inn and they welcomed me kindly and treated me as a valued guest. My stay there was excellent and I would stay there again. I sent a request for refund to the hotel and am waiting for a response.

DISGUSTING

Pros: I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL
Cons: PRICE REDUCTION AND CLEANED
I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE STAYING HERE. FOR THE PRICE IT WAS TERRIBLE. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY AND SMELLED. THE SHOWER WAS BROKEN AND DIRTY. THE BED COVERS SMELLED LIKE DOG BISCUITS. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GRANOLA BARS AND GROSS MUFFINS THAT'S IT.

Nice hotel close to kings dominion

I really enjoyed staying here it was a very nice and clean hotel. It was very spacious with a lot of amenities with it. It was close to a lot of food places and also stores like Walmart and sheetz. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to get some vending machines that work or at least let you go to the extended stay across the street and use their vending machines another suggestion would be to get more cable channels their weren't many to chose from

Great location !!

Great location and near tons of restaurants. The receptionist wasn't friendly. The room was overall clean but the quality of the sheets made you feel a little skeptical about getting underneath them.

Extended Stay Parragon Place Richmond HORRIBLE

I had booked into Extended Stay. When I arrived I was told I was at the wrong one. The right one was across the parking lot. Their computer systems are not connected. The one across the lot was dismal. The rooms had outside doors so NO security through a lobby.. This was not the one pictured on your website. The "breakfast" was a granola bar. The rugs had not been vacuumed. Furniture was broken. I will never go there again nor use your booking website either.

Poor quality beds

Beds were really uncomfortable. Poor quality. Felt like a roll out bed.
