Just slept here.

We really didn’t get a chance to experience the hotel, in town for a concert and just slept in the room for 5 hours.

Pros: Location
No complaints except for breakfast and hairdryer , Staff was very nice and gracious, room was neat and clean, parking was right at the door.

Basic clean hotel

Cons: The stairways and outside were littered with trash. The office was empty when I went to check out.
Location: The location was very convenient. There was a convenience store, gas station, and restaurant within walking distance.
The hotel was fine. Thin walls made our neighbors's conversations distracting.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Make certain the front desk is staffed and that the staff are trained to treat the customers with respect.
Location: We tried to spend the night after watching the last regular season NASCAR race at Richmond Raceway.
I made a reservation thru Expedia.com. I just checked my credit card and see that I was charged twice for the room. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the second charge. HOWEVER, When I arrived at the hotel on 9/9/17 at approx 10:30 pm there was no one at the check-in desk. I called out "Hello, is anyone there?" three times, but got no response. I waited several minutes then used the desk phone to call the hotel. I let it ring numerous times, but no one appeared. I tried calling 2 more times with the same result. After waiting a total of fifteen minutes a woman finally came to the desk. She asked me, "who used this phone?!" I told her I did because I was waiting 15 minutes. She began arguing with me that she was only gone a couple minutes and that she was at the other building. I told her I had a reservation for a room then she started accusing me of "taking the cards from the counter". I assume she meant the cards that were already in a clear plastic box near the counter. I pointed at it and said, "they're in there". She said, "You give me those cards!". I asked her, "I have a reservation. Do you want me to stay here or go somewhere else?" She said, "I don't care if you stay here!" So I left and went to my car to find another hotel. I drove to the nearest Hampton Inn and they welcomed me kindly and treated me as a valued guest. My stay there was excellent and I would stay there again. I sent a request for refund to the hotel and am waiting for a response.

Good but not as good as last time

Have stayed here once before and it was nice. My room this time was clean and renovated but the kitchenette already showed wear and tear and the room had a strange odor. Everything else was fine. But not as good as my last visit.

DISGUSTING

Pros: I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL
Cons: PRICE REDUCTION AND CLEANED
I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE STAYING HERE. FOR THE PRICE IT WAS TERRIBLE. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY AND SMELLED. THE SHOWER WAS BROKEN AND DIRTY. THE BED COVERS SMELLED LIKE DOG BISCUITS. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GRANOLA BARS AND GROSS MUFFINS THAT'S IT.
