Excellent

Little problem in checking in but very nicely resolved by Mr Parag on the desk in the midnight. Beds are so comfortable. Breakfast is almost nothing but there are plenty of options outside on the walking distance. Comfortable beds and cleaned rooms made my stay excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Terrible!! Do not come here ever!

Entered my room while occupied twice telling me it was time to check out. Complained about them entering my room!! No water for hours!! The staff was hostile. Do not come here!!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Not really. The management clearly has not will to improve anything.
The hotel is a multi-building complex. The air in my room was not fresh; the smell suggested someone might have been smoking there. But is was designated as a non-smoking room. Leaving the windows open did not significantly dissipate the bad odor. It was impossible on one night to park near the building my room was in. No prior thought or planning was given to the parking arrangements by the hotel. Moving luggage in and out was a problem: there are no ramps. Luggage had to be hauled up and down steps, some quite steep at the entrance/exit. I thought the provision of ramps, at least for the handicapped, was a requirement in federal law. According to one of the guests, one other building had a local reputation of being a disorderly house. Breakfast was very poor and cheap, even by continental breakfast standards. The pastry was not fresh or generous; the coffee cheap, etc. There was not always someone on duty at the front desk; it took considerable time to get anyone's attention. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone.

Get what u pay for

Rooms weren't up to par. Reserved a room went to inspect an found a roach in the tub.asked for another room for the inconvenience an that room didnt have a remote to the tv an they charged me just cause it was a master suite. I suggest you check your room before you pay

Pleasant overall, but no elevator anywhere, making it difficult to get to second floor with luggage

Quite a value for the money!

Pros: Location. Clean, pleasant.
Cons: More generous breakfast
Location: Near my family.
We were hesitant to book, given the super-low price, but were pleasantly surrprised to find a clean, attractive facility. The breakfast, though, was quite sparse compared to those offered at other hotels on our itinerary, but you get what you pay for.

The location was scary, a lot of people loitering outside, the hallways were not air conditioned and had a bad odor, the room had two 2 1/2" x 3" bars of soap in the bathroom, along with toilet paper. No kleenex, shampoo, conditioner or any other toiletries. The room had a corner lamp behind a chair and a desk lamp on a table. Not lamps on the night stands, nor a clock. When I got there and saw the conditions I immediately went out and bought a big can of disinfectant spray. I was there 3 nights. I packed my laptop in my car the next morning because I was afraid it would be stolen, but not worries; they never entered the room the first time in all the days I was there. Didn't empty the trash, change the towels, make up the beds, etc. And I also had a loaded pistol next to my pillow every night, just in case. And I didn't try their breakfast either. Heard it wasn't worth going there to eat.

AHHHHHHH!!!!

The online pictures are nothing like the place. The non-smoking section of the hotel has people standing in front of door smoking. All day a man was always outside the hotel entrance smoking. I'm assuming they are extended stay because I saw him everytime I came, and evertime I left. I aksed for an extra pillow and was told "no". Breakfast is cereal, bread, butter, and coffee. The should change the picture, or at least add some pastries or fruit to there "Breakfast Included" menu. My non-smoking room had cigarette burns on the sheets. Very thin towels. Oh yea, you could only have two towels with a king room. The only good thing about the place was the size of the tub. It was hugh, but looked dirty. Rust around the pipes and tub. They should charge $10.00 dollars a night. Then I would say I got my money's worth.

Overnight Stay

Stayed overnight following an event. Upgraded to a suite because they didn't have a non-smoking room that I had requested and booked. There was a dirty diaper behind the television in that room, and the remainder of the room was a mess. Went to the front desk and reported it, he laughed. Gave me another room, it had a leaking and moldy shower. And reeked of cologne and cigarettes. I went to the front desk again, another room was provided. Shower curtain had a little mold but at that point I was exhausted. The "complimentary" breakfast consists of toast, Rice Krispies, coffee, juice and muffins with no expiration dates. Good luck.
