"Lovely feel of grandeur yet clean and modern."
I wanted to stay longer but couldn't! The hotel location is great - a hop away from the Dart station, the coastline and the town. It was the perfect place for a special occasion.

"Nice, but inaccessible."
Lovely to look at though difficult for luggage as there aren't any ramps for rolling large suitcases. Room quite nice but needed to have the right technique to flush toilet and the bathroom fan was on all of the time even with the light off. Had an unpleasant moment with a staff member at the pool when she asked my daughter (9 years old) If I was taking pictures when I had already been told photography wasn't allowed and I abided by that, very rude and unprofessional. Pool rules in Ireland are antiquated and foolish regarding children's times of use and "spectators" aren't allowed at the pool side so I had to sit outside of the pool area to watch my daughter swim.

"Lyndon B&B"
It was a pleasure to stay at Lyndon B&B, the owners Maria & Steve were such lovely people who made us feel at home and were interested in hearing about our travels. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was so much we couldn't eat it all, Maria really cooked us a wonderful breakfast. We would recommend it to anybody looking for a good place to stay. Regards Valerie & James Fogarty

"Nice Location"
Stayed here with the family before an Ironman event. Average standard hotel that needs updating. Breakfast was of an average standard. But it done the job ok as we arrived late Saturday and left early Sunday morning. Hotel overlooks the bay which is very nice and the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was really good.

Pocket Guide: Dun Laoghaire, Dublin Family Hotels

Dublin's ferry port to Britain, Dun Laoghaire, or Laoire (pronounced 'Leary') is 12 kilometres south of the city centre and accessible via the DART light railway. In summer its long East Pier bustles with day-trippers. Boat trips are also popular. Take the DART one kilometre south to Sandycove to see the James Joyce Museum. Two stops further on, Dalkey is Dublin Bay's most prestigious address, home to the likes of U2.
