“Possono essere migliorate sia la pulizia che alcune aree di manutenzione. Per il resto ottimo soggiorno, ampi spazi e posizione ideale.”

“I'm writing this review based more on the host than the property at Deerpark. We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. We were assured by Justin that the new location would be better: more room, a big backyard, etc. Upon checking in, it was bigger, but certainly not better. This place was dated and in need of several repairs. The carpet……

“It was fine. Beds were nice, and the decor was pleasant. WiFi didn’t work, and there is construction going on in the attached house. The email communication was unmonitored. Not the same value as other similar places where we’ve stayed. ”

“Justin, while nice, changed the property the day of the reservation without explanation. He sent texts to me while I was traveling. “Great stay in this spacious villa, virtually brand new so very clean and well stocked. The owner Justin lives next door and is quickly responsive to any questions or requests - he truly goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are satisfied. We had plenty of space for our family and appreciated being able to walk to anything we needed.”

“This place was good enough for a one night stay, very basic, could have a few more things that would tip it up to a 5 star which I will share privately with the owner.”
