The room was cold on arrival (cold day)

Posted May 22, 2017
Cons: update the bathroom with modern wet floor shower, new vinyl & bench top. Install safer stairs. Install Heat pump
Location: Close to Night n Day and Universtity
The room was cold on arrival on a very wintery day! The shower was unsuitable for an elderly person to get into The nightstore did not work! The stairs were unsuitable for an elderly person to use - doubt they pass health & safety Overall the room was in shabby condition Parking was tight especially when owners boat & truck parked in carpark!

Handy to Hospital

Posted May 7, 2017 on Wotif
Pros: Close to the CBD and hospital (if you had a car). Night and Day across the road for quick food when returning late from hospital visiting.
I stayed in Unit 5 to enable me to be near a close family member while he was in hospital. It was perfect. I actually arranged with the motel staff to stay an extra night in the same unit. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Very dated

Posted Apr 23, 2017
This hotel is in need of doing up very dated. Old floral bedspreads, bathroom amenities so old they look dirty, heating didn't work so was supplied with fan heaters. Smelled damp and room was really dark.
