Pros: free breakfast
Cons: upgrade the bathrooms
Location: location perfect if attending functions at Fredonia SUNY
hotel was acceptable. wasn't quite sure at first when there was yellow water in the toilet????? Front desk advised that they had a water problem earlier in the day & assured me it would go away after numerous flushes! And it did!

We arrived very late at night and were so pleased to find a great variety of things out to grab a quick snack. The staff was very helpful. Located conveniently off the Thruway.

Great customer service from Seth. They go above and beyond.Posted Jun 11, 2015 on Hotels
This was the last leg of a 5 day trip with 2 cats in hot weather. I left the car running with AC under the portico in front of reception. To check in a pond grab a trolley. Seth, the front desk manager, offered to come out and help unload my pets and luggage and event took them to my room. While I got the rest of the luggage and parked the car, he had already set up the litter boxes and put the pet crates in a quiet area of the room. Amazing and just what I needed after 2000 miles. He told me to help myself to snacks in the dining area any time and was simply great. The room was great. It has room darkening rollers plus a privacy filter over that. A fridge and microwave. A perfect place to rest. And the cats behaved perfectly. Thank you Seth!

A quick getaway gone wrong....Posted May 26, 2015 on Hotels
The carpeting in the room was very old, dirt, and worn looking. I was not comfortable walking on it without shoes. I had to wear shoes to get into bed. When my husband woke in the morning he felt "crumbs" in the bed. This was a red flag for me and I could not get out of the hotel fast enough. The room had a hot tub in it, which surprised me. It had a smell to it that was not terribly unpleasant but I certainly wouldn't have gotten in it. We will not be staying at this hotel again. When we left I had to walk through people who were smoking right outside of the main entrance. That's not the way I want to start my day!

Comfort-able InnPosted May 26, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed while on a long road trip, it was a very pleasent experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also very nice. Room was clean and comfortable, granted I was only there for sleeping, not hanging out in the room.

Nice enoughPosted May 26, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed two nights and we liked it but I have never stayed I a hotel did not lock all the doors except the front entrance. That was a little uncomfortable but it didn't seem like a bad crime area. I'm used to staying in larger cities where that is common. Probably not a big deal.

Good proximity to SUNY school but an ok hotel.Posted Apr 10, 2015
Good proximity to SUNY school. Stayed in a non smoking room but the entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke remnants.
