"This was a wonderful place to stay, and we’re very glad we booked it. The room was spotless, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buffalo, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"Front desk girl was super nice. Hot chocolate in the lobby was delicious. A tad put off by having to purchase breakfast in the morning though. My thought is that there are too many hotels nearby that include some breakfast items. We have stayed at several in the recent past and this holiday inn doesn’t warrant similar prices without offering something. Overall, the stay was acceptable. "

"Hotel is great, rooms comfortable, breakfast was fine, but the real draw is the architecture and location. Central to many fine amenities in the city, the building itself is stunning and greatly enhanced the joy returning to the room repeatedly."

"There is no on site parking. But weekends there are two side streets right at the hotel free parking on the street. We got a spot close to the front door. There are garage parking options close by. Rooms are spacious well kept and clean. Breakfast was good but since they make a bunch of food it does sit a while so pretty hard to make it all fresh. They had two different omelets. Cereals yogurt sausages and turkey sausage. Fresh cinnamon buns. Bread, muffins. Tea and coffee and white milk as well as chocolate. Plus orange and cranberry juice. So a good cariety"
