La casa se encuentra en el exclusivo extremo Narrows de la isla, a poca distancia a pie o a cinco minutos en carro de golf de las tiendas y restaurantes de la histórica ciudad de Dunmore. Para más detalles vaya a RO (ósmosis inversa) pozo y suministro de agua. Generador de respaldo para cortes de energía. Internet de alta velocidad. Gerente y Ama de llaves, jardinero (que también hace la instalación de la playa) Todos los baños son cuartos de ducha (no bañeras).
