“Check in was good, breakfast was good. Now the negative, the bathroom floor was dirty, the room had a not so good smell, the ac unit was very noisy. My biggest concern was the noise coming from outside of our unit, room 208, which is right in front of everyone coming up the stairs at all times of the night. Also, at 1030-1045 pm there was a man speaking on his cell phone, very loud in front of my room which woke us up. I lowered the ac temp to turn it on to mask the noise outside. It didn’t make……

“The staff was outside the front door smoking cigarettes when I arrived. Once I walked through the smoke I was checked in, the staff seemed nice. The pool was not working, neither was the elevator. I left to rake care of business and came back to relax and take a shower. I found out there was no soap or shampoo so I rinsed off and went to bed.
