"We stayed at this hotel for 3 days as part of our Italian vacation. The location was excellent!! Literally 250 steps away from the duomo. Very walkable. We booked a basic room and it met our expectations- was clean and decent sized. The breakfast was varied and the baked goods were very tasty. The breakfast space was small and awkward, but they did the best with the space. They will make your eggs to order, but aren't clear about this. I wish I knew this earlier in the stay. Improvements could be made with the breakfast wait staff; it took a little long to clear plates and get refills. You can access the main elevator without interacting with the front desk staff which we actually kind of liked. We did find them helpful on the few occasions that we needed assistance. Book this hotel for the location! We felt like it was a good value."

"This hotel is well located to the train station and a quick walk to everything you would want. The hotel itself is very dark. Dark grey walls, dark wood. It is not modern at all. Breakfast was fine. Linens were good but the hotel itself is kind of depressing. One of my friends had a terrible experience as her room was located above where the hotel empties the sewage and the smell went i to her room. Hotel did nothing to help her. "

"The property is not far from the train station and the Duomo. San Lorenzo market is right behind it and it’s a nice market and good place to get a quick bite with multiple vendors to choose from. Breakfast at the hotel is included and has a decent amount of choice and cappuccinos. Staff was friendly and helpful."
