The rooms are big compared to most hotels in Florence. The bathroom is very nice and is newly renovated. The owner, Patricia was very very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel - would definitely book again.
*Please note that there is NO elevator. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, this may not be the hotel for you.

Our hostess Patricia made our stay very comfortable. She was always available for questions or recommendations on where to eat or what to see.

Perfect Florence getaway!

perfect air conditioning and was beautiful and clean! We were made to feel right at home and after only spending 1 night in Florence we wanted to stay longer because of
the great hospitality! Breakfast was so nice in the morning with a selection of pastries, cereals, teas and coffees. The location is right in the heart of Florence with great tourist spots such as Ponte Vecchio and the cathedral nearby. 10/10 would visit again and recommend to everyone!

This property was great, good location clean, newly remodeled and staff was very eager to help. Loved smelling fresh croissants in the morning.

The location of the property is excellent! The management was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location of our room was not as convenient as I would have liked. Overall, I give this hotel a good rating, and I would stay there again.
