Fabulous hotel in the heart of Florence

Amazing hotel, clean and immaculate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. This hotel is literally a stones throw from the Duomo so right in the heart of the city but yet peaceful when enough to escape to when you need a rest. If I go back to Florence I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent central location

No hot water (tepid at best) and very poor water pressure. Complained and no follow up. Eventually offered a room change but too late to change.

Great modern hotel in the heart of Florence

Great modern hotel in the heart of Florence, located close to the train station and a short walk to the Duomo. Refreshingly decorated with a distinct modern vibe which is what we were looking for. Having previously lived in Florence, we had our fill of the “quaint, Italian charm” and wanted a super modern hotel. It did not disappoint. Wonderful complimentary breakfast with every possible thing you could want, from cereal, eggs, meat and cheese, fruit and sweets. There were even complimentary drinks and nibbles between 5 and 7 but we were not back at the hotel at those times. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We had a rental car and the garage was nearby.

Excellent location 2 mins to the Duomo.

Excellent stay, room modern, bright, exceptionally clean & comfortable came complete with Nespresso machine & Roberto Cavalli toiletries. Bed & bedding excellent & considering our room's location 2 mns from the Duomo, a 5 minute walk from the station and a street facing room it was extremely quiet & we heard no street noise at all. Complimentary coffee & snacks in the afternoons were thoughtful.

Convenient

I stayed for 3 nights and we had free breakfast. The location is near to station, shopping area and also the duomo. We can just walk. The room is big but dont have view.

Very nice hotel, great location.

We liked this hotel. However the AC didn't work for the 3 days we were there and it was very hot, in the 30C and sunny each day. The staff were good about it and gave us a discount when we left. We don't understand why the AC couldn't be fixed sooner. Still recommend though.
