Very nice beautique hotel . !!!

When we arrived we had room upgreat . Front desk and hotel staff was very nice and helpful . Thanks to Ibrahim he help us to book room for next time for new year . Washington is great city . Great museums and gallery's we will be back .

Charming Hotel

The lobby of the hotel is super charming. The front desk staff are very professional and kind. The rooms are a little quirky (in a cool, hip way) yet still have a classic feel to them as well. It was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was super clean. The only problem was that the A/C did not operate exactly the way that it should have. It was pretty warm in the room when I arrived. I lowered the air and went out for several hours but it really hadn't cooled the room much by the time I got back. It was so late and not so super hot that I wouldn't be able to sleep, so I just lowered it more and went to bed. Finally several hours later it started to feel cooler. Again, it wasn't super hot. It just wasn't working the way it should have. When I told this to the front desk staff at check out, they were very apologetic and said they'd look into it right away for the next guest. This hotel is in a great, quiet, but trendy location and I would definitely stay there again, even with the A/C issue. My guess is that they just needed to change a filter. It's definitely a charming hotel though.

Close to everything!

This hotel is walking distance from basically everything we wanted to do. White House, museums, food etc. Staff is friendly and our room was great! Definitely saying here again next time I visit.

We loved it!

We arrived in DC 3 hours before the check in time, but our rooms were ready and we got welcomed right away. The staff is super friendly and the Junior suite was big and comfy. The hotel is about 4 blocks from restaurants and other businesses. The metro stop is also nearby, but we never used it. We used Lyft to move around and it was very cheap and convenient (the city's big flaw? the distances are long to walk and very hard to connect by public transportation).

Not accommodating

Arrived for a late check in and was given a room with a single bed, even though there were 3 of us and we had booked a 2 bed room. I ended up sleeping on the floor because of this. The next day we spoke to front desk who said they would sort out the room situation while we went out for the day and upon our arrival everything would have been sorted out. When we got back the room hadn't been sorted and thankfully there was a two bed room or else we would have been sleeping on the floor.
