Remodeled hotel

Hotel is very nice and Very clean, the staff was great and very helpful in directing where to eat out while we were in DC. The only negative was that the restaurant was very expensive and you have to make reservations to actually eat there which made it more difficult when you just wanted to randomly grab a bite to eat. There were several close options within walking distance which made it convenient. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

Nice hotel, horrible maid service

I booked a Jr. Suite for 2 nights. The first night, they forgot turn down service. The next day, I was out of the room by 10:00 AM and returned by 4:00 PM. No one came to clean or make up the room while I was out. I had to then call again. They did not refill the Nespresso machine in the room or any of the lotions or shampoos and once again, no turn down service. I notified the front desk at check out and they were so gracious that they comped me a cheese plate I had ordered during my visit. Such a magnanimous gesture

Excellent Service!!

Location: great location
We were escaping from hurricane Irma, we were treated like we were in home. Our room was upgraded and even they were sold out for one night, they figured out to let us stay that night. Thank you guys!!

Birthday weekend

We took out duaghter to D.C. For her Bday. I called ahead and they made arrangements to have a Birthday cake and chilled Sparkling cider upon arrival. The room was also a corner room which she loved! The deep bath was a treat with scented salt. The rain shower was very powerful and love that bath and shower are separate. We had separate living area in the junior suite which made it very apealing. The pool and hot tub area were not that impressive for 5 star hotel. No changing rooms, showers, etc....Also had breakfast at restaurant but was very disappointed. Ordered pancakes and received one for $18. Left breakfast hungry. Would recommend breakfast elsewhere unless you don't mind spending $50 for a filling meal. Overall had a great experience with room. So close to metro and walk to Georgetown. Not a hoppy by bar area but we wanted a quiet area.

Great hotel--near Georgetown

Pros: location---decor---cleanliness
Location: Close to Georgetown, easy to get anywhere by very quickly with transportation
We entered the beautiful lobby and were impressed. We liked the decor, and it followed through to the updated room as well. Bed was very comfortable. We also ate brunch in the restaurant , and it was delicious. Had a wonderful experience, and would stay there again!

Really nice hotel

Pros: EVERYTHING!!!
Cons: Not much
Location: Dupont circle really close too.
Very nice hotel, very attentive, proactive staff. I thought the service was excellent. Facilities were modern too. In a nice part of town. Could not say enough good things about this place. Just excellent. I would definitely really recommend this place.
