Remodeled hotel

Hotel is very nice and Very clean, the staff was great and very helpful in directing where to eat out while we were in DC. The only negative was that the restaurant was very expensive and you have to make reservations to actually eat there which made it more difficult when you just wanted to randomly grab a bite to eat. There were several close options within walking distance which made it convenient. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

Nice hotel, horrible maid service

I booked a Jr. Suite for 2 nights. The first night, they forgot turn down service. The next day, I was out of the room by 10:00 AM and returned by 4:00 PM. No one came to clean or make up the room while I was out. I had to then call again. They did not refill the Nespresso machine in the room or any of the lotions or shampoos and once again, no turn down service. I notified the front desk at check out and they were so gracious that they comped me a cheese plate I had ordered during my visit. Such a magnanimous gesture

Great stay

All staff from check-in to room service were so nice and helpful. The concierge recommended two fabulous local restaurants that we would not have found on our own. I would stay here again.

Nice 4 star hotel in DC's west end neighborhood

Pros: Cleanliness of rooms and well maintained facilities.
Cons: I few of the treadmills were not functioning optimally. The hallways were freezing like a meat locker and the hallways were very long.
Location: There are many restaurants, bars, convenience and grocery stores in walking distance and it is very close to georgetown.
The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It is located in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants and things to do nearby and just a short walk to Georgetown.

Excellent Service!!

Location: great location
We were escaping from hurricane Irma, we were treated like we were in home. Our room was upgraded and even they were sold out for one night, they figured out to let us stay that night. Thank you guys!!

Birthday weekend

We took out duaghter to D.C. For her Bday. I called ahead and they made arrangements to have a Birthday cake and chilled Sparkling cider upon arrival. The room was also a corner room which she loved! The deep bath was a treat with scented salt. The rain shower was very powerful and love that bath and shower are separate. We had separate living area in the junior suite which made it very apealing. The pool and hot tub area were not that impressive for 5 star hotel. No changing rooms, showers, etc....Also had breakfast at restaurant but was very disappointed. Ordered pancakes and received one for $18. Left breakfast hungry. Would recommend breakfast elsewhere unless you don't mind spending $50 for a filling meal. Overall had a great experience with room. So close to metro and walk to Georgetown. Not a hoppy by bar area but we wanted a quiet area.

Incredible luxury in the perfect location

About the best hotel experience we've ever had. Stayed in a junior suite with breakfast included ($80 credit), and all of the little things covered for you. Impeccable service at every single touch point. Can't say enough about how comfortable and top notch this hotel was. Will be back!
