Cons: lower your prices
Food and parking prices way to high. $40 p/night is a rip off. Also, $ 60 for 2 people too eat is also a rip. We left a day early due to a family situation and you wouldn't even refund us for 1 night. We'll never recommend you.

Front desk needs training

Cons: as said above. I feel discriminated.
I met a lady who was in charge of Concierge at Front Desk on 11/18 to get a duplicate room key. I told her my room numbers (21xx, only 4 numbers) and she typed wrong room numbers (41xx). I told her that she typed wrong numbers, and she insisted that I told her 41xx (I was wondering whether there is 41xx at Hilton). When I told her my room number is 21xx twice, she said "I don't understand what you said." If hundreds of students understand what I said in class, how can she not understand the four numbers I said three times?

Nice hotel in the heart of D.C.

The hotel itself was very nice. The room was solid and what I expect at a Hilton Hotel. The only issue I had was that upon checking out, we still had some time before our train. As we often do, we asked the hotel to hold our bags for a couple hours. They did so, but they charged us for this. I've never been charged for this before, and even though it was just a couple dollars, it was very tacky. Be prepared with cash if you want to check you bag for even an hour or two.

Busy Hotel!

Pros: the beds and pillows were perfect. that is a big deal to me.
Cons: lighting. the room was dark and one lamp didn't even have a light bulb.
There was some kind of convention at the hotel and we were attending a different event at the hotel. It was bustling and so check-in took a long time. A really long time. I think if you would know how many guests you expect to check-in and make arrangements for such a crowd. I don't know whether the hotel provided the food at the event I attended, but that food was excellent.

Concierge was exceptional!!!!

When we arrived it was 7am and check in wasn't until much later. The concierge got us a room within an hour!

Nice hotel close to shops and restaurants

My experience at the hotel wasn’t so pleasant. The Climate control wasn’t working properly and the guest next door was really loud . Didn’t get a good nice rest.

Good area.. spacious rooms

The only downside no mini fridge in the room the food is expensive and cheap at hotel ..

Disappointing

The amenities are sparse. The customer service is lacking. Very disappointing for a Hilton brand.

The hotel room was spacious and my family and I had more than enough room. Beds are very comfortable as well. Hotel service was just ok, I would say average in terms of customer service, in comparison to other hotels we've stayed in.

Nice Hotel

The hotel was in a very good location & it was clean. We were able to check-on early without any hassles. I will definitely be staying here the next time I return to DC!
