Check in was quick and simple. The room was clean and that's all i needed for a few hours until i went to the airport. The extra lock on the,door was broken. There also was a coffee pot, but no coffee in the room

Courteous Staff, clean, one of the most beautiful and interesting hotel. The history is amazing. The restaurant is delicious and the community is outstanding. Plan to return in the spring.

Newly remodeled room.

When the weather is extremely cold, I would suggest warming up the customer’s room before they use it, and most people when they travel they need an iron for their clothes, I would suggest you guys start putting this in the rooms, on the websites it says that you guys have a bar and a lounge but you guys don’t have it it’s still being built, on the website the gym looks extremely big but it’s very small with like 6 gym equipments, other than that great customer service and great room service, the rooms are pretty clean. I would definitely stay here again.
