“Affordable, but no comforters on the beds and one of the sheets had a stain. I booked two nights but for some reason they only had me down for one and so my key card was deactivated mid trip. When I spoke to the front desk about it I was not given an apology or reason, just simply told the card was active again. The cleaning crew was nice.”

“Nice clean, comfortable room. Everything worked as intended. Conveniently located in the downtown area. Walkable and safe. Restaurants nearby. That said…I made my reservation using Reserve now, pay later option and was surprised to learn the hotel doesn’t accept credit cards. Fortunately I have a Mex bank account and could easily transfer the payment. I wish they had sent me a message earlier.”
