“Cuando llegamos ningún problema, el staff muy agradable. El desayuno al siguiente día igual, muy amables las personas. El problema al subir a bañarnos pedimos dos toallas adicionales, y nos dijeron que estaban muy ocupadas las personas que iban a tardar, sin problema, nos metimos a bañar y el agua salia helada y turbia. Les hablamos pata informar y su unica sugerencia fue, no abran el agua caliente, se descompuso el agua en el 1er piso. Pedimos una habitación solo para bañarnos de otro piso y……
