Family Vacation

Victoria Express is one of the best Hotel in Durango Mexico (Holiday Inn was better, but for the price you can't beat Victoria Express). We have three boys and they all enjoyed the indoor pool. The only complaint I have is they should have their indoor Jacuzzi fixed; it was cold when my wife and I used it.

Bad customer service

I had a bad experience with this hotel. The hotel staff over charged me for 2 rooms I reserved.

Nightmare in Durango Mexico

It was a total nightmare! After arriving at the hotel the front desk person could not find one of the rooms I had booked in their system I gave them the confirmation number and all of the sudden it appeared. After my guests took me to the airport the following morning and came back to the hotel they where charged for night after I gave them the confirmation number showing both where paid. I'm so embarrassed with my guests!

Nice stop-over, but somewhat remote

This is a very nice hotel and we loved the indoor pool. The room was above average, more than adequate. Appreciated the good wi-fi signal. The restaurant was very good and fairly reasonably priced. Overall a very pleasant evening/morning spent there. It is a little towards the outskirts of town, but if you're cool with staying at the hotel to eat, swim and relax, I recommend it.

no consideran a viajeros de negocios

llegué temprano (8 am) aunque el check in es a la 1 o 3 pm... según la recepcionista estaban llenos y no pudieron haberme dado una habitación antes....?? se me hace ridículo ya que el estacionamiento estaba casi vacío.... no entiendo porqué no pueden dejar que pasemos a nuestra habitación en este tipo de ocasiones, ya que llegué cansado del viaje y lo que quería era bañarme para empezar a visitar clientes... si embargo tuve que irme con la misma ropa con la que viajé a visitar a mis clientes...
