Room noisy.

Pros: Location, breakfast, and friendly staff.
Cons: Fix the noise beneath Room 117.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However our room had an occasional strange buzzing/rumbling noise from under the bathroom area that was annoying. Thankfully, the noise wasn't present during the night while sleeping. Also, hotel management placed a $18.33 charge on our credit card after we departed. When I called to inquire, I was told the charge was customary for any "incidentals" that we might have incurred during our stay. The charge was then quickly removed.

Nice, new, clean and BEST breakfast anywhere!

Location: River rafting and mesa verde are the best!!
The room was very new and nice and had everything we needed, but best of all was their breakfast, which was included in the room rate. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this better than the paid breakfasts at most of them. Highly recommended!

In Durango for the train ride.

Pros: Cleanliness, great beds and great staff.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: On the north edge of Durango. Can catch the Trolley into the tourist district if you don't want to drive! The train ride to Silverton was awesome!
Older hotel that had been updated. Room was exceptionally clean, beds and pillows were great! Staff was beyond friendly and helpful...hot chocolate chip cookies in the lobby! Excellent hot breakfast, eggs cooked to your preference if you didn't want the fresh cracked scrambled. Nice experience.

Quality Durango

Pros: Price, pool, breakfast, shower, room layout.
Cons: Comfort height toilet.
Location: Blues Train, SteamWorks, Silverton railroad.
The staff really made this stay very pleasant. The breakfast room staff were also fun to talk with and the food was good. I'd stay here again.

This is an older Quality INN more like a motel. No elevator. Great staff!!! The breakfast included a staff member offering to make fried eggs. Every morning menu is different for the hot entre.

Dated, dingy

While the staff are all very nice and helpful, the hotel itself looks neglected, dated and dingy. Would not recommend. Sorry.

Nice hotel...nice price

The only reason I didn't give excellent for all reviews was the hotel is a little dated and a little farther from town then I prefer. Otherwise everything was very pleasant during our stay. The staff was outstanding!! Greeting from everyone we walked by....happy and pleasant! Very refreshing to have a hotel staff seem to be enjoying their jobs!

Had to leave in the night

There were bugs in our room. I killed about 7 when I first walked in. We tried to stay the night but my daughter woke up with a bug on her arm and when we turned the light on, there was one in the bed, one on the ceiling and 4 on the curtain. We proceeded to check out immediately.
