Surprised by a manager requiring a cash deposit on a room already paid for. This is imposed on visitors from nearby towns. The clerk did not require it of me and he was very nice. However this surprise policy will cause me not to return.

We had a terrible stay. It was extremely noisy, from road noise to the fact it sounded like the Harlem Globetrotters were practicing on the floor above us. Plus, people were backing in and shining their lights in our room. The office chair was completely broken while the stuffed chair was grimy. The heater didn't work right, and the heater and air conditioner unit was filthy and blew dust everywhere. The whole room stank of a disgusting synthetic fragrance they over applied. The front desk staff person was grumpy and the breakfast sucked. Would never stay at a quality inn again.

The office was not well marked. The entrance to each room was a drive up like a motel. The bed linens looked old and used. The continental breakfast was fruit loops or raisen bran, no toast, bagels or fruit.

Clean property, friendly staff, a little dated but it was inexpensive and i an happy i came. My only minor complaint is the very small continental breakfast and area (few options, small coffee cups,). Let me say that the coffee was not bad.

Nothing fancy, but clean and a great price! Parking right outside the door for convenience. I always check to make sure windows are locked, especially on an exterior first floor entry room and mine was unlocked. Not a huge deal, but as a remainder you should always check! Again, this is a very basic room, but a great price!

For the money, this quality inn was great. You can hear your neighbors go in and out but if you’re expecting a hotel/motel stay with no noise, you might consider renting a private house. For just myself and my dog, it was the perfect no frills, coffee ready in the morning kind of place.

We stayed 12/18/23. The young gentlemen at the first desk was very friendly and kind. He suggested some restaurants and places to check out around the town or even the next town over. I Was very pleased with him. A family of 7 rented 2 rooms which were pretty big and very clean and comfortable. Oh ya if you have kiddos they have a very big chalkboard that they can write on or at least our room did. We tired to stay the night there again but that part of town was having water issues and had the water shut off for hours so we decided not to. If ever in town again we would definitely stay here again. Close to food places and the town it’s self. Bfast was only cereal, yogurt, oatmeal with juice and coffee. ;

It’s funny you gave us 1 out of 5 stars. The reason is you are bitter since your employee trashed our room and smoked in the room. Also, the cops arrested him for you know what. So, please be honest and don’t give a review just cause you got charged for all the incidentals that happened. Be responsible for your employees actions and yours. You out of all people should understand this, since you have your own business in town! Next, time take your business somewhere else.

I guess you can’t expect much for $49 a nite. I’d never stay here again. It smelled like Pine-Sol so much I could hardly sleep. Floors are freezing cold. The heat is a heat air conditioner unit that is loud and constantly shuts off and on!

My gusband and I stayed one night. We were there to pick up our daughter, room was clean bed was comfortable bathroom was clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly, was like we knew each other. Lol. We very much enjoyed our stay. Plus price was reasonable for a last minute Decision. The first place we reserved conveniently lost our reservation and was trying to charge us double the price we already paid. We were just happen Quality Inn had rooms available.

The receptionist was very friendly, professional and an excellent problem solver. Need more people like him motels in Durango. Very clean unlike Days Inn, Adobe Inn or wapiti Inn in Durango. It took a long time to heat up room however and room should be kept at higher temp.
