More than expected, very pleased.Posted Sep 20, 2015
Pros: Spacious , clean, nicely decorated
Cons: Swimming and hot tub open later than 9pm in the summer.
Location: Easy access to down town Durango, less than 10 min drive and to Drngo/Slvrtn train.
Stayed over the weekend to ride the Durango/ Silverton which was only a 10 min drive to the train depot. There were four of us and we arrived to find our condo more than we expected. Reviews stated the place was to retro but our condo, Unit 12, had nice upgrades, was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. We arrived after check-in time and clear instructions were provided to access the condo. Location is great because it's away from the city, yet a short easy drive to downtown. We would definitely return to Unit 12. One note only: all condos are above ground level and no elevator so you must be able to climb stairs.

A lot more space than a hotel roomPosted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Loved all having an entire apartment for the price of a hotel room.
Cons: Replace carpets, update kitchen and baths and ensure beds are well maintained.
Location: Rode the train - loved it!
The check in process was easy and the women helping us was wonderful. Apartment was very spacious, but dated. Squeaky bed in the master but very comfortable couches.

Good space and conveniencePosted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: Space, convenience to downtown, highways. Well-equipped condo. Washer/dryer, flat screen TV, full kitchen. Liked instructions around condo.
Cons: Decor stuck in 80s. Downstairs bath needs remodel-moldy grout. Towels thin and rough.
Location: Perfect location. Lots of parking. Just 1/2 mile from Main Street Durango.
This 1 bedroom/2 bath with loft gave us lots of space. Convenient for making breakfast and packing lunch. 1/2 mile to downtown Durango. Well-equipped, clean, decor stuck in 80s. BUT downstairs bath needed to be remodeled/moldy grout around tub. Bedroom window faced street-a bit noisy.

One night stayPosted Jun 13, 2015 on Hotels
The unit was roomy and well equipped for a short stay, but the beds were horribly uncomfortable and the bathrooms were tiny and cramped with almost no counter space. Location is convenient to downtown Durango, but not walking distance. Also all units require multiple levels of steps to reach the unit, not great for the less mobile or people with disabilities, children, etc...

DurangoPosted May 30, 2015
Was disappointed there was no view. Being mature citizens the 3 flights of stairs to our room with no elevator was not convenient. Decor was "early college" and room was musty. Needed airing out.

Not for business travelersPosted Oct 22, 2014 on Hotels
Let me start off by saying that I travel for business, a lot. And I rarely leave negative reviews. But, this was by far the loudest/most overpriced place I have stayed in quite some time. The location is close to the college, so I wasn't expecting any sort of tranquil retreat. But, this place was a little over the top. The neighbor's thumping bass pounded the paper thin walls until way past midnight. Kids were smoking pot on the steps outside my door (and they didn't even share!) Bottom line, stay here if you want to relive your college days, not if you have to wake up at 5am for a work assignment. I should note a few other less than desirable facts about the stay: -Wifi would not work with my (or any of my colleagues) Mac laptops or devices despite using the 'apple code' -There was coffee, coffee maker but no coffee filters -Creaky, uncomfortable brass bed. Yup, brass -The decor made me feel as if I time traveled back to 1994 -The not-so-classy duct-taped shower curtain rod would not stay fastened to the wall. -I had no idea who even worked there. I had zero interaction with any staff members as they all leave the office at 4pm. You're on your own after that. -Way overpriced. You can find much better accommodations in town for $200 per night for 3+ people.

OkayPosted Oct 20, 2014
Older and smelled older. It was clean though. Dishes were dingy and we didn't really dare use them. Okay if you're just looking for a place to crash for a night or two.
