Thank you for the review. We take great pride in keeping things updated and refreshed, and as you might imagine, improvements are always ongoing with older properties. We are currently in the process of getting new carpet, however in the meantime we do our best to keep the carpets shampooed regularly. With all the rain we've had the pesky sugar ants manage to find a way inside on occasion. I'm so sorry this happened to you. We did contact Terminix to come out for a special treatment to hopefully deter them. I do hope you'll give us another chance to show we are the best and friendliest here!

We are in the process of updating several rooms, however our occupancy has limited our capabilities to get good measurements for the ordering process. We do hope you'll consider staying with us again.

Our property is an older facility with convenient exterior entrances that a lot of people prefer now days, however our furnishings, amenities, and features are as modern and fresh as any other typical Best Western. Our Serta sleepers are new mattresses which most people love, however some may prefer a softer type. It's definitely not like ours at home. I hope you were able to inform the desk to fix the tv. They are pros at resetting it as the remotes easily get it off the HDMI it should be on. We hope to earn another opportunity to be of service to you.

You will find many different types of hotels and brands in our system of properties, something for everyone's taste. We are an older hotel but work diligently to keep it up to the highest standards including fresh, new linens, a full hot breakfast, as well as all the remodeling we are in process of completing. Hopefully you'll stop back by and we can accommodate you in one of the finished rooms.

I apologize we couldn't assist you further. Please note we take all pest complaints serious, as we are an exterior entrance property. Although our Terminix guy found no evidence of bugs we did have him treat accordingly. We were happy to work with Expedia to provide you a penalty waiver on your remaining days. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. However we did reduce the rate to the preauthorization charge and offered to speak with your bank regarding any pending holds. We did not hear back from you. Unfortunately people mistake prepaid accounts as an online bank institution when in fact they work with other bank institutions to offer a full feature deposit option.We wish you nothing but the best and happier travels in the future.
