Laundry not done
My husband checked in 2 days late because of his work schedule. When he arrived the previous person had stripped the beds and piled the towels as instructed but whoever cleans the place had not come in to do the laundry and clean. So he had to do laundry before he could go to bed.

Gambling Trip with Friends
Had an issue with getting into property. The door requires a key and a code. Property provided us with lockbox code to get keys but not code for the door. Took a little effort to get secondary code. The central a/c unit was not working but there were some window units that made it tolerable. Sheets were not clean and beds were not made. We had to do laundry before we were able to go to bed. Was told that there was a miscommunication and they did not know the property was going to be occupied.
