Hotel is labeled as a 4 star but really acts as a 3 star property including the rooms. The breakfast was so-so and ala carte. The spa in the hotel was old and needs refurbishment as well as the services were incomplete. I don't plan to stay there anymore when I am in Durban.

Convenient and clean hotel with excellent service

3 day stay for a shopping trip to Durban. Fantastic service from the team, even when we had to extend by an extra day there was no issue - ensured we kept the same room although it was not available to book online!

I stayed here for business. The service was wonderful, the staff were so friendly. I will look to stay here anytime I am in the area.

Very good stay, the only downfall was the food ordered via room service. Food was cold on arrival. As well as the roof bar not being in working order. Everything in the room was in working order and our stay was very pleasant.

Our stay at the boutique hotel was pleasant, staff there is amazing, they have the greatest personality to deal with customers, they go extra mile, I liked it. the rooms were clean, just the decks and some walls outside need painting. the food was great, their cocktails oh my word, you have to taste them. the pool, steam room and the sauna was clean. we also enjoyed the massage. I love it, the best
