I loved everything about the room, well almost everything. It was clean, nice view and they even had a nice warm blanket😅 The only prob we had was that the air con wasn’t working

i want my refund back, only stayed there one night and i booked my self out on the 9 October 2020 due to the unbearable smell of sewerage that came from the toilet

Our stay was okay. The staff are good and pleasant. The location of the hotel is also good and central for the beach and restaurants. However our room was a 0/10. We were given a room that smelt damp. There was black moulding around the cealing in the bathroom. There was black mouldings all around the shower area. The bathroom bin was rusty. The paint was falling off the wall. We were give the room with the worst conditions. My questions is for management if you are fixing the hotel as you are under maintenance why sell a room that clearly needs to be fixed and place a guest in that kind of a condition? Seconly this is the only hotel and Iv stayed at many internationally, where i was asked to pay an amount to deliver my food from room service. Tipping is one thing but been obliged to give a delivery fee on room service i think is defeating the purpose of the service itself. Im asked to tip a waiter in the restaurant im not asked to tip and pay a delivery fee. I don't understand why im been asked during room service. I think the hotel needs to put a "subfee" added to the room service information rather than told on the phone "if you want the food to the room you have to pay additional xyz for delivery" very unprofessional and not what room service is.I am abit disappointed with this stay as its my second, as it seemed like we were in a downtown motel to which is not the standard that the hotel portrays on their websites. Maybe i was just unlucky to get that room which is rong.
