“The room had a smell to it and the ceiling fan was disgustingly dirty. For some reason we booked for 2 people and they gave us one facecloth, one bath towel, and one bath mat (no hand towel) . The office is only open 4-8 for service so we couldn’t even get more one side of the mattress had a big dent in the middle of it. Future advice if there is a heat wave I’d suggest starting the AC before the customers get there so it doesn’t take all night to cool down the small room”

I am sorry I don’t remember her name but it was unique and Irish. She really made every effort due to the lack of service by the gentleman was was working the deal at the same times. Room was good and comfortable we just found it almost impossible to know how the shower worked.”

“IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”
