This charming home is designed as a comfortable, convenient escape--perfect for families, professionals, and travelers. Located minutes from Duke University, Duke Hospital, and downtown Durham, our home offers the ideal mix of tranquility and accessibility.

Please note, we started building an ADU in the backyard in August. It is in the late stages of construction so there may be daytime noise (fairly minimal since they are now doing interior work) and you may encounter construction vehicles. We have dropped rates to compensate for the inconvenience. Most will still enjoy their stay but please contact us if you have questions.
