Rude staff

I was told bank of america travel rewards credit card isn't a major credit card and asked to pay 100 deposit.

Dirty floor

Pros: Location.
Cons: Communication gap within team.
I got dirty floor from the first day. They have policy to clean only once a week. Since my room was not clean from first day I requested to at least mop the floor. They promised but it never happened deispite my four reminders.

Mahbub, please accept my apologies for your suite not being totally ready for occupancy when you checked into our hotel. We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. Very dirty hotel but nice room layout

I've never had such an uncomfortable stay at a hotel. First, the front desk junky Dom was rude! Guess what? Even the cleaning lady was a junky! And I saw Dom bring her what looked like something to smoke. Second, the room.. goodness gracious! It looked so nice when I opened the door but it was unclean The dining area was sticky Fridge rusty Ironing board had cobwebs There was a hair in the bed!! The sheets smelled like sweat The shower curtains were mouldy The fridge and AC made so much noise sleeping was impossible And that breakfast they claim they have is such a joke! I won't ever recommend this place to anyone The hotel made my experience to North Carolina horrible

Not a place I would bring my family again.

The employees were unprofessional. During the check-in process, the front desk complained about other customers in front of us. The next day an employee walked by our room very early in the morning. She was talking loudly on a phone and used inappropriate language. She then proceeded to pound on the door next to us and yell, "Front desk!"

Close to Duke

Good place to stay when you have to be in a hotel for many days. Spacious for a good price. Not old, not new but I have no complaints about the room. Kitchenet is perfect. Large refrigerator. Table to eat at. I'd stay here again if I needed an extended stay.

Decent long stay place not far from Duke Universit

Nice layout of room. Has nice kitchenette with very basic kitchen utensils that you must ask for. Not a hotel style in that they do not provide any shampoo or hair dryer, just bar soap. It was clean and fresh. Simple continental breakfast and good parking.

Better than expected

Cons: They didn't have a current Showtime movie listing.
Location: It was a good location, close to a grocery store and restaurants. It was also easy to find, but not too close to the freeway (which is good).
I've never stayed in an Extended Stay America and wasn't sure what to expect. I was afraid it might be run down or noisy, but it was clean, in good condition and quiet. It was above average for the price. I will stay in this chain again.
