Bad service

Pros: Location.
Cons: If you ask for something they should bring what you ask for more efficiently
If you end up needing towels or toiletries and they put you in a far away building?? Then you will be dissapointed because the staff either will take forever to deliver or will not deliver especially if they are female employees because one of the employees told me she can't walk that far to the room to deliver because it would be dangerous for her especially at night,,,in addition they took 2 nights to replace my smoke detector which was dangling from the ceiling.

The hotel was great the location is good and the staff was very professional, and I would recommend it to friends but is one suggestion expand your breakfast

None of the rooms that they said was open doors didn’t work so had to switch rooms 2 times

there was not 0ne handy cup at the room. Also not a single trash bucket. The refrigerator motor was too noise.

The sweet extension

Evacuation for hurricane

Pros: Staff was extremely pleasant and very accommodating
Location: We were able to navigate downtown to see Tobacco Road area and Duke University. Lots to do downtotwn, including large baseball park.
We had to evacuate for Hurricane Irma on short notice. The hotel was very accommodating and welcomed us and our pets. Any requests to the office - extra pillows, blankets, etc. - were taken care of immediately.
