convenient hotel

Pros: easy access, basic services, no hassle booking or upon arrival. Helpful and pleasant staff.
Cons: more breakfast choices.
This hotel provided basis necessities for a short stay. It was clean and quiet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Room- decent size, fresh and clean. Bathroom - spacious and clean. Breakfast - limited choices and no hot food. Only cold buffet style but you get something basic to eat before you start your day.

Comfy, clean, quiet hotel close to UNC

Pros: Location
Location: University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, very easy access.
The hotel is nice, clean, and quiet. Kind of tucked away, but still close and convenient to UNC where I needed to be. The room and bathroom were clean and it was quiet at night. The continental breakfast was ok. I had one mishap that was puzzling. I checked in for two nights, but the next day when we returned to our room, the key no longer worked, the refrigerator had been emptied and our belongings had been gone through. I know for sure that my bag was gone through because of how I found my items inside. I reported it to the front desk, they had our items that had been in the fridge. I was told that housekeeping thought we were checking out. I don't understand why they would think that if our bags are still in the room:- The front desk clerk said that it would be taken up with management. I'm not sure what the outcome was. Other than that incident, it was a nice stay. I would stay again.

Perfect for a seminar weekend

I was attending a seminar at the Seymour Center in Chapel Hill. This was the perfect location. Nice accomplishments, close to restaurants as well as the collage

Pros: The hotel is very clean and has a great location if you want that sweet spot between Durham and Chapel Hill. Cons: the room's air conditioning unit was mediocre, the mattress was alright, and the doors/walls seemed pretty thin. You will easily hear quite a bit. Also, for some reason we didn't get any hair conditioner which one usually expects at a hotel

Indoor mini vacay

My family (3 children, 3 yr, 9 & 11 yr old & husband ) & i love this hotel specially for the indoor pool. It allows my family room enough to stretch out & swim as if we were the only ones there. Continental breakfast is a plus for us. The king suite bed slept very comfortably& was spacious for us

Nice Hotel, excellent location!

I Celebrated my husbands' b-day with a romantic night. The hotel it's so fine, very clean! There were two ladies at the front desk and they were very nice! We really enjoyed our stay there ans will highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Disappointed

Is good but the noise on the street is bad and a lot of noise in the hallway ,the breakfast is not real breakfast. I am disappointed, no microwave no refrigerator. The bathroom door didn't close all the way either. The bed was very uncomfortable and the price was high. For what I paid I expected better.

Great location

I liked that the location was close to where I needed it only thing would be the drainage in the shower/tub it was very slow and the breakfast was a typical breakfast nothing to jump over
