Front desk staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful during my entire stay! Hotel was in good location to airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, but too far from everything.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately it was a bit outdated and it was far from everything. We almost couldn't find the place because there is not a large enough sign to find it, especially at night. They were doing some construction and we could hear it in our room too clearly.

We have a great location in the Research Triangle Park right off I40, close to 540 and just 3 miles from the airport. There are several restaurants less than a mile away. My apologies for the noise. We just finished remodeling our corner pantry next to our front desk. It turned our beautiful and is open 24 hours. We look forward to your next visit. Sincerely, Bill C General Manager

Not up to Marriott standards

Pros: The front desk staff were very nice
Cons: The smell of the room
Location: Nothing. You will need a car if you stay there. We went to DPAC for a show. It was about 15 minutes away.
Our room smelled like mildew. There was excessive noise in the bar at 2:00 in the morning and the staff did nothing about it.

Sometimes guests turn the AC off and if we miss it the room can get a little stuffy, I am truly sorry. Our bar closes at 1:30 AM, so it is surprising it would still be noisy at 2 AM, we will definitely look into this. We have the friendliest staff in town with a great location. Disappointed

Probably the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at for the standard of room. I paid $280 for the night in what felt like a sub $100 room with regard to decor and facilities. I will never stay here again. So disappointed.

Dear Disappointed, Thank you for your feedback. I understand your disappointment in the room rate. Graduation weekend is the busiest time of the year making rates higher than normal. Although high our rates were lower than many hotels in the area. Our hotel may be a little older than some but we have the cleanest and friendliest hotel in town. Sincerely, Bill C General Manager

Nice hotel.

Pros: Clean and spacious. Nice ammenities
Cons: Put a door on the room with the ice machine
Location: We just stayed to visit our son
The only negative thing was that the ice machine was near our room. Not so much people getting ice but the recycling of the machine itself. It became rather annoying when all was quiet at night. Otherwise a really great hotel. Just get a room away from an ice machine
