First, the breakfast price is very high at 160 riyals, which is unreasonable and the lowest price compared to lunch and dinner. Second, food and any pharmacy orders are not allowed to be taken to the room. Third, the internet is very weak and unreliable. Fourth, I called an employee who told me to check out of the room at 1:30 PM, and I threatened to leave if my stay wasn't extended. However, the manager intervened, returned my luggage to the room, and allowed me to stay until 5:00 PM. They didn't contact me, and when I complained, they opened the room when I returned at 4:30 PM and allowed me to stay until 5:00 PM after I had booked another hotel. Fifth, the area surrounding the hotel is under construction and lacks services. Sixth, the toilet seat in the cabin is bad and uncomfortable. The rest of the room is fine; the air conditioning is good, but the service and staff are poor, and the price is high.

There are many hotels offering a far better experience at the same price point. Unfortunately, this hotel lacks even the basic standards of hospitality. The room telephones are not working, there are ongoing electrical issues, and the air conditioning is both extremely noisy and ineffective. Despite repeated complaints, these problems remained unresolved throughout my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel.
