Wonderful hotel great gym However I’m not a fan on the window to the bathroom. If my partner and I needed to use the bathroom in the night the light would wake the other up. Also why wants to be able to see someone using the loo! Too much for me.

It was a bit of a battle with the staff. We stayed five nights and we were struck with their pervasive sense of wanting to win. At the expense of the customer relationship, the hotel seems to be at battle for your cash. When the hotel was looking for revenue, they were overly anxious. When we asked for assistance or baggage service or concierge service, they didn't seem to care less. It was incredibly disappointing for such a pretty propriety with a great private club/gym attached. We really wanted to call this home for our 30 nights per year in Düsseldorf, but I think not.
