the room I was put in was dirty with the traces of the previous guest everywhere.The receptionist was not able to resolve the issue and get me another room, though the hotel was half-empty. He also did not know who the manager was and how to contact him. After I checked out I was promised by the manager to get a refund for my stay, but it has been denied by the hotel when Hotels.com customer service called them about the issue. I was lied to by the hotel people that refund is coming from the booking site. Finally I had to open the dispute with my bank to get reimbursed for all physical and emotional damage I got through and all time spent.
