Very average hotel - very average experience
Hotel at first glance seemed very nice, staff in the restaurant were kind and helpful. We had an issue with the key card (we did not have it near other cards or a mobile device) had to keep going downstairs to get a new one. Had to keep calling for bath towels these were not replaced although we put them in the bath tub. Overall did not feel the staff at the front desk were friendly or welcoming. Although we had several issues with the card all the staff did as apologise. They did not offer us free breakfast for the inconvenience caused (travelling up and down the hotel with a toddler, 3 days in a row) Wouldn’t stay here again. Had a better experience at the Sheraton in Düsseldorf.
