Clean Hotel

Pros: Clean and close to what was needed
Cons: Breakfast kept warmer.
Clean hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast ( although gravy needed to be heated both days).

We understand that although getting away is nice, there really is no place like home. So, we want you to be as comfortable here as you would be at home and making you feel like family is our goal. I apologize if you were not satisfied with the breakfast. We have issues sometimes with people turning off the warmer on the crockpot, and it sounds as if that may have been an issue while you were here. I will make sure the morning clerk knows to keep an eye on this better in the future. Other than breakfast, I hope your stay was pleasant and up to standards. I know your time is valuable, and I want to personally thank you for giving some of it to provide us with your comments. Guest feedback is crucial. We use this information to make sure we are meeting, and hopefully exceeding your expectations, and if not, what we need to work on to make sure we get it right next time. Caring Staff

I stayed here for about a week and a half and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! The staff is wonderful and caring. My mom had passed away and they even sent a sympathy card. The breakfast had a wide variety of items to fit just about anyone. Again, I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

A very good place to stay

It was a very nice place to stay. Right by a Walmarts and a mall. Good food and good shopping. The hotel employees were very nice and friendly

Staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Having fridge and microwave in room was a plus. Faint smell of smoke in hallway but not in room

Very disappointed

Reserved queen size bed got a small room and full size bed. Asked for non smoking room and hall smelled of smoke. Stains on beef covets and flour trim falling off walls shower curtain rod falling out of wall refrigerator was falling apart bed was so hard every muscle hurt did not get a good night's test noisy would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever would rather pay twice as much then stay in another room like this.

Mr, Goodwin, I'd like to apologize that you were unhappy with your accommodations. However, I assure you that you were given the type of room that you booked. We do not have rooms with full size beds, they are all queen size beds. I am sorry you were uncomfortable with the bed, but the room you were in has a brand new bed. Mattresses are of individual preference, and although most of our guests love the new mattresses, they are to firm for some. I understand the dislike of cigarette smoke, I myself am not a smoker, but we do still have a few smoking rooms. You were on the same floor as the smoking room, but you were in a non-smoking room. I do know our rooms are small and there is not much we can do about the size of our rooms, but I do wish you would have notified the front desk that there were things you were unhappy with and given us the opportunity to provide you with a different room. Our guests are important to us and we want you to be happy. However, if we are not informed of the issues you are having, we cannot attempt to rectify the situation. Again, I am very sorry you were dissatisfied. I hope you had a safe journey to your next destination.
