Good for an overnight stop

Posted Aug 22, 2017
Pros: Quiet location, good value for money.
Cons: Bathroom cleanliness - mould on walls.
We stayed here as part of a two day stay in Rome. Located on the outskirts, parked on the road nearby for free. Impressive frontage, pity we weren't told about how to get the lights to work - would have been helpful. Bathrooms could have been tidier and cleaner (stray hairs found on washand pedestal). Breakfast good, although extra cost. Literally 10 minute drive from the Collosseum.

Affordable and Well-positioned

Posted Jul 11, 2017
This is a pleasing hotel, whose main advantages are the price and closeness to the subway B line that delivers you to the city center and key attractions in some 10 minutes. For extra 5 euros, you can get a decent buffet style breakfast. There are small restaurants, pizzerias, and a non-stop supermarket around the hotel, but you'll have to discover these on your own since print instructions about anything are a rarity in the hotel (an Italian thing indeed).

Budget choice for a Rome pitstop

Posted Jan 5, 2017 on Hotels
We booked two nights at this hotel prior to a group tour that was originally going to meet here. As we were arriving early, it made sense at the time to book at this hotel, but when the group meeting hotel changed, it was too late to modify this booking. This is a very old hotel in need of a refresh. The local neighborhood is very quiet at night (there's a great kebab and pizza place not too far away), and the hotel is within walking distance of the Laurentina metro station. The room was very small with significant noise from passing traffic. Breakfast selection was decent.

Disappointing

Posted Sep 30, 2016
Pros: Staff
Cons: toilet facility Internet access
Location: Close to the last train station but too far from the centre of Rome
Definitely not 4 star hotel as the hotel advertised. Too far from the down town of Rome but very close to the last station of Metro (subway train station) Difficult or very slow to get access to internet. Public toilet water not working, Toilet in the room sometimes slow to flush but this seems to be universal theme in other places. Good breakfast. Compare to other hotels we stayed in Italy, it was better.

Beds comfortable, clean bathroom but when we took a shower the tube lose water and the bathroom floods, even I told to reception they not solved correctly. Good breakfast, near to bus and metro station to visit Roma city centre and a supermarket to get provisions.

Budget hotel=budget service

Sheets on bed were not clean. Small rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was terrible. Front desk staff gave different answers to questions asked. Not very friendly.
