Friendly staff, quiet room, comfortable beds, good breakfast buffet, conveniently located between Rome and Flumicino airport.

Absolutely aweful

I booked this hotel for my daughter so she could have a hotel with a pool. The person who checked her in was rude and not helpful she wanted a queen and was given two single beds? Who would want those. She stayed there to have pool time but was told she had to leave a 5pm because of a private event? 7Euros for a towel? Good was expensive and tasted aweful would NEVER stay there again

Access to the AQVI pool is always complimentary to hotel guests, while a fee of EUR 7,00 is required only for the use of sunbed, umbrella and towel for which reservations are highly recommended. The pool is open in July until 8.30 pm, however it may occasionally close earlier to host outdoor dinners for major guest events. Nice hotel clean pool good food

Nice hotel everyone was helpful. Food at the pool bar was good. Pretty good breakfast with lots of options.

Nice Hotel with the Nice Pool in Quite Area

The Hotel Have a Nice Pool and Good Breakfast.the location is Near Metro Station Too.From Hotel With Taxi To Airpory is Cost Around 35Euro.

The hotel's main area's ie. the lobby, restaurant and pool were lovely and up to date, however the bedrooms were dated and most definitely not soundproofed. We booked this hotel as my partner is an athlete and has to train with events coming up, however we were not told the pool would be closed for residents of the hotel for pool parties at an additional cost. Along with this we had all the noise from the pool parties, along with being able to hear other residents of the hotel returning to their rooms at 2-5am whilst throwing up. Overall I would recommend not booking this hotel if you're hoping to have a nice relaxing time, as although they don't allow bridal parties and hen parties to stay, this is definitely not a quiet hotel as promised.

Stay at Sheraton in May 2017

The only plus this hotel has is their bus service to both the city center and to the airport, at very reasonable costs. Rooms and services are outdated. In one sentence, a greatly overrated hotel with a very poor service

Experience with hotel

Pros: Just like any other Sheraton hotel, the usual amenities
Cons: Looks like hotel maintenance is not that efficient. There was this hair blower which is broken and I have to wrap a rubber band just to keep the flexi
Location: Metro is quite far. There are no shops around so one has to rely on shuttle or taxi to go to city center.
Hotel is nice but for the sake of improving the services, I like to narrate my experience. 1. On May 5, we were at the lobby to be picked up by a tour operator for Florence. Per instruction, we waited by the reception as early as 6:15. At 6:37, we asked a lady at the counter to call for us the tour operator, did not answer twice. All of a sudden a male staff came forward and said our driver left. The same hotel staff, realizing probably why did he not even exert effort to announce, called a taxi. I insisted I do not pay for it. The taxi ran like hell so we can catch the train. We were late and we have to buy new train tickets to catch up with the tour. If only the hotel staff looked for us before letting the driver go, it could have been avoided. We paid extra money just to join the tour. 2. Aircon was not working until our penultimate day of stay. 3. We missed the shuttle, for a day, on our way back to hotel because the driver changed the pick up location. When we complained hotel staff said it was our fault that we did not listen to the driver's instructions.
