Pros: It was located on the way to the airport. The open lobby was inviting and attractively decorated.
Cons: As stated above, updating in some areas.
Location: Convenient to airport. Otherwise, I didn't have opportunity to do anything nearby.
Overall experience was very good. I only stayed one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall condition of the hotel was good, but some areas need updating; e.g., carpet in the hallways, tile in the bathroom.

Rude staff

The staff were really not accommodating and were very unhelpful and rude.

Honest evaluation

Pros: every think
Cons: provide a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and downtown and vice versa
Location: it is not so far from the city center ,the public transportation is available . f
Front desk :doing their job efficiently .clean rooms :the cleaning staff doing their job very good .very nice breakfast ,nice and very clean swimming pool. definitely would advice every one to book on that hotel .

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff with a very good customer service. The open buffets for the breakfast is so good with many varieties. I would rather supplying the room with a microwave and more efficient fredjetator. But still comfortable and clean. I'm going to stay there in case I visit Rome again. And I recommend it for my friends.

Pros: Swimming pool, squash court, and all facilities available to use.
Exceeded my expectations. Hotel staffs were friendly. The facilities available at the hotel were great, with great rooms and easy transport links into Rome (especially by train - 20mins).

Needs a Marriott overhaul.

Holes in the black out curtains. Musty smell in the room. Safe was broken...needed a battery.... there were so many things wrong with this hotel. The food was awful. The pool closes at 6-8 pm. They let the neighbors come in for a fee... dirty pool!! You walk into the entrance and foyer of hotel and think Wow! Then it ends... the bus service is limited, taxis are expensive because the hotel is not centrally located- at all. Do yourself a favor. Don't spend a dime or time here.

Clean working aiR con and comfortable rooms. Invaluable swimming pool during the extraordinary hot 40 degree summer in Rome. A little bit isolated which requires a fifteen minute walk to the metro but hotel staff were very helpful in giving good directions to get there. Very good breakfast
