"Nice hotel the shuttle is a plus."
The Hotel need some up keeping. The staff was very accommodating. It was nice to stay in Rome with the children and have a poll to enjoy and relax. I wish that we had the opportunity to choose the location of the rooms a view to the poll would be nice.

"Comfortable hotel, nothing special"
Comfortable hotel in a so-so location. Good breakfast spread. No fridge / mini-bar in room. Metro station is about a 10 minute walk away. The area around the hotel, especially when you walk out of the gates towards the Metro seems quite run-down. The floor in the breakfast restaurant is uneven (the wood parquet floor is 'swollen' near the table where juices are served) and guests were tripping over it daily, but hotel management had not even bothered to put up a sign in the area, or repaired the problem.

Pocket Guide: Rome EUR Starwood Business Hotels

A couple of miles south of the city centre, EUR takes its name from Esposizione Universale di Roma, built for an exhibition in 1942. The bombastic architecture was then intended to glorify Fascism, but now is home to shops, cinemas and clubs and exhibitions. Within the marble halls there are also three very good museums, including the fascinating Museum of Roman Civilization.
