Misleading at best

My room was poorly managed and cleaned. It’s as if someone was in my room the day before because there is forks and sauce packets from various restaurants.. and the bedding was absolutely dirty and unclean..

Pros: Near the airport
Cons: Clean it up.
Location: Near the airport.
You get a whiff of cigarette smoke every now and then. The blanket had 2 cigarette burns in it.

False advertising, said free long term parking

I will be sending videos and pictures. Awful! I want my money back, I went stayed at another hotel that had long term parking and airport shuttle service.

Hospitality didn’t show up at this hotel especially by the management. If employees do not know the hotel procedures, it’s a leadership fault not the guests. Also, dirty room and window did not close. Morning staff at checkout didn’t have access to computer systems for final receipts. Worst experience ever at Extended Stay. Will never stay at this hotel chain again.

Hotel Fail: need to clean and maintain facility

Pros: The front desk staff was friendly and was trying to be as accommodating as possible, but was limited by management restrictions.
Cons: This is an overall management of the hotel issue. The hotel looks like a fairly new hotel, but run down. Need to take pride and maintain facility.
Location: We chose this location because our family is nearby.
Everywhere we turn there was something incorrect about the cleanliness and maintanence of the room. There are too many to list, but here a few: Toothpaste in the sink, broken drawer, rusted bathroom door, broken shower handle, dirty microwave, crumbs in the kitchen drawers, no coat hangers, mystery stain on the floor by the bed, cob-webs on the ceiling in the kitchen, mold spots on the ceiling in the bathroom, water spots on the bathtub, the toilet runs constantly (all night), no coat hangers, the latches on the window were unlatched therefore someone from outside could have entered in the room. In addition, it says that breakfast is included. I am greatly disappointed. I don't consider a cup of coffee and a granola bar sufficient to state that breakfast is provided. The only detail that they were concerned with the most is that they got paid.

Dirty room and staff were not in the same page when it came to policies of the staff. Very rude day manager working.

Heater sets off smoke alarm

Our room was freezing when we arrived. A window was open, the heat was off, and it was 36 degrees outside. When we closed the window and turned on the heat the room began to stink and the smoke alarm went off. We were told this was normal and just leave the window open and the smoke alarm would go off. We requested a new room, but were not given it. The parking lot remained less than half full and we were only there one night so we are very unclear on why we couldn’t have a room that functioned correctly. There are plenty of similarly priced options in the area that allow pets so don’t stat here unless you have to.

OK but. . .

The hotel location was excellent and easy to reach. The fitted sheet on our bed was way too small. This should have been obvious by the housekeeper. Even though the room was identified as nonsmoking there was an odor of stale smoke lingering in the room.

Close to airport

The hotel is unclean dirty sheets hair everywhere the kitchen that did not work the phone did not work it was a total disappointment and a waste of money I would not recommend this hotel to any one.yuck!!!!
