Hotel Stay

Hotel is going thru a renovation currently but worth the stay. Still quiet and the two evening staff were very helpful as to things to do downtown. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable(horray).

Walls are thin. For 2 nights, neighbors were noisy . Breakfast was excellent! Best ever! Server made sure there is food all the time and made sure tables were cleaned.

Comfortable

Biggest complaint that for the first time I forgot to bring my toothbrush and the hotel could not cover me with a spare. Urgh....too late to go off site, I was miserable. Otherwise, this worked for a quick stop and res as average.

Booked this hotel through Expedia as the hotel had parking and shuttle service to airport and reasonable cost. Since booked through a third party, we were told we could not use their parking while were gone. Even offered to pay the extra fee and was not an option even though we were customers/guests at the hotel, Had to park car at airport at an extra expensive cost as that was the main reason I chose this location/hotel.

Nice clean Hotel centrally located and great staff

Everyone was great we had a very late check-in but my room was ready with the rollaway. Morning breakfast was fantastic

"Under Construction"

Pros: Breakfast was good and staff was pleasant.
Cons: Advise potential guests that hotel is under construction even if exterior and no view from window. Need to improve on wifi service.
Location: Location was good. Close to premium outlet and restaurants. Also restaurant across the street.
Hotel is under construction. Cannot see out of room window. Plastic poly and tarp around exterior. My Wi-Fi did not stay connected.

Dear Guest - Thank you for your comments. We apologize about your surprise of our exterior renovation. We do have a large yellow banner up when making reservations that say we are under exterior renovation until November as well as emailing all guests prior to arrival. Unfortunately when you book with Expedia contact information is not always given to the hotel we run into this issue. We are researching another way to get ahold of guests in this "Face life" stage of our renovation to let guests know of our excitement. Thank you again for your feedback and I appreciate the comments. Hopefully when you travel to Eagan again you can come stay with us to see our new hotel and all the exciting changes.
