Place was clean, bed was pretty comfortable. Staff was courteous. The whole building needs to be updated. Our room’s furniture had missing pieces of laminate corners chipped off. Breakfast was pathetic. We used to stay in Hampton Inns pretty frequently because they were always great. We never had any complaints. It had been a while since we were at one. We were disappointed that this place was in bad repair. Bre

Winter stay - extended due to Mother Nature
The hotel was great. I stayed with my two kids and three dogs. The hotel allowed us to bring one dog above the max when u asked permission as we were attending a dog show in the area. The room was spacious and clean. The parking area well lit and they cleared snow promptly. We ended up needing to extend our stay due to a bad winter storm and they were very accommodating. Can’t say enough good things. Only thing they could have improved is they were a bit slow to restock breakfast items. We had to ask for several things and they were very helpful, I just felt bad asking for multiple things (forks, syrup, napkins).

In some descriptions and photos show a hot tub which has been removed. I was here for snowboarding so no hot tub is a "no-go". I would have stayed somewhere else. Also the waffle maker was broken. It honestly cant be that hard to replace. The staff was awesome and very kind. I arrived early and they were able to get me in a room.
