Good hotel overall

The lobby and common areas were updated. The room was freshly painted and carpeted but the bathroom was tired with old tile and fixtures. If Hilton Garden Inns would provide their breakfast for free instead of $12 I would perceive it as a much better value

Great location

Pros: I loved everything about the hotel. The room was clean, the staff really kept it clean and restocked.
Cons: Nothing
Location: The location had restaurant and a Walgreens nearby. It was close to Paisley Park, Valley fair and Mall of America, which was 9 minutes away.
The hotel was great. The staff was honest and had great customer service. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Convenient location to airport and dining.

Pros: Clean, shuttle service to airport, and breakfast.
Location: close to airport
Selected this hotel due to their shuttle for airport and their breakfast! Stayed at two other Hilton Garden Inns this area and all are great places.

The hotel is nice and clean. The pool is in the small side but was not busy so it was ok! There is a nice workout facility. Good location, easy to get to.

Hotels.com computer issues were a complication

Hotels.com failed to send our reservation to the hotel, so there was a big delay at check-in until the hotel could reach Hotels.com and have them send a confirmation fax. This was a bit annoying, but the rest of the stay at the hotel was excellent.
