For some reason there was an overbooking and what they did for me as they gave me the executive suite. This suite is very beautiful, big luxurious and very, very comfortable. “The room is small but has everything you need. It was clean and you can have a room refresh if you like. The code system on one set of doors didn't work, so make sure you go in through the other side of the building. “Unfortunately we did not find this property good value for what we paid. The accommodations vary and we found ourselves in a basement feeling suite that was dark and dank smelling. The property did offer to move us that evening to a nicer suite in the main house which was very generous of them and we really appreciated it but it was neatly 10 pm and we were going to bed for the night as we had an early wake up the next morning.”
